The project was carried out by the employees and doctoral students of:
- the Department of the History of Polish Language and Dialectology (Polish Language Institute): Wanda Decyk-Zięba, Monika Kresa, Ewa Rodek, Izabela Stąpor, Kamila Wincewicz, Aleksandra Żurek;
- the Institute of Applied Polish Studies: Jolanta Chojak, Stanisław Dubisz, Marta Piasecka, Józef Porayski-Pomsta, Elżbieta Sękowska;
- the Jan Baudouin de Courtenay Library (Faculty of Polish Studies, Warsaw University): Katarzyna Cichocka, Jadwiga Latusek.
The scanning process was handled by: Katarzyna Cichocka, Jadwiga Latusek and Rafał Latusek, the correction of OCR errors was conducted by Ewa Rodek. The files were converted into the DJV format by Michał Rudolf. The digitalisation of the journal was supervised by Monika Kresa. Contact with the authors* and the heirs of the authors was maintained by Marta Piasecka.
The keywords and the indices of words and expressions as well as affixes were prepared by: Wanda Decyk-Zięba*, Józef Porayski-Pomsta*, Elżbieta Sękowska* and Jolanta Chojak*. Lists of data were organised by Kamila Wincewicz and Aleksandra Żurek and verified by Jolanta Chojak and Wanda Decyk-Zięba. Based on the keywords, with reference to the number of times they appeared in the index, an online thematic bibliography of the journal was compiled. An expert opinion on the operation of the bibliography browser was written by Stanisław Dubisz.
As part of the history of Poradnik Językowy and the biograms of editors-in-chief, the following articles were written: O „Poradniku Językowym" w skrócie (“On Poradnik Językowy in brief”) (Wanda Decyk-Zięba, Józef Porayski-Pomsta); „Poradnik Językowy" w latach 1901-1939 ("Poradnik Językowy in the years 1901-1939”) (Wanda Decyk-Zięba); „Poradnik Językowy" w latach 1948-2015 (“Poradnik Językowy in the years 1948-2015”) (Józef Porayski-Pomsta); Rola „Poradnika Językowego" w kształtowaniu normy językowej i wiedzy o polszczyźnie ("The role of Poradnik Językowy in the shaping of the linguistic standard and the knowledge of the Polish language”) (Stanisław Dubisz); “Roman Zawiliński (1855-1932)” (Izabela Stąpor); “Kazimierz Król (1853-1944)” (Wanda Decyk-Zięba); “Witold Doroszewski (1899-1976)” (Józef Porayski-Pomsta); “Mieczysław Szymczak (1927-1985)” (Stanisław Dubisz); “Danuta Buttler (1930-1991)” (Elżbieta Sękowska); “Halina Satkiewicz (1928-2012)” (Jolanta Chojak); “Stanisław Dubisz” (Marta Piasecka). The texts were edited by Wiesława Kruszka.
The texts were translated into English by Monika Czarnecka and Anna Karpowicz. Text editing: Izabela Stąpor.
IT support for the project was provided by Michał Rudolf, the artwork of the website was prepared by Janusz Szafran. In matters regarding the authorizations from the authors and their heirs, Jacek Wojtaś was consulted for legal advice.
